How do I amend my booking?

If you want to change any details of your confirmed booking, we will do our best to assist.  However, we cannot guarantee that the owner or service provider  will be able to meet your request. Changes can only be accepted in accordance with the owner/service provider’s terms and conditions. Where your change can be accommodated, an amendment fee of £31 for each change applies, as well as any costs incurred by the owner or service provider in facilitating this change for you.

Depending on the reason, the change may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and if this happens,  a  cancellation charge will apply as detailed in the booking conditions. For Holiday Park accommodation you can change your booked accommodation to another type within the same holiday park for the same calendar year up to 8 weeks before your arrival date. However, the above amendment fee will be payable plus any price difference.
